$1,000 in random draw shares added to purse for Cresco JR Motorsports Hawkeye Dirt Tour
CRESCO, Iowa (June 14, 2012) – The Howard County Fair has added an extra $1,000 to the purse for IMCA Modified drivers who qualify for the Thursday, June 21 JR Motorsports Hawkeye Dirt Tour feature at Cresco Speedway.
Ten numbers between one and 24 will be drawn and placed in an envelope the day before the race. The envelope will be opened after the main event is completed and the drivers in the finishing positions that correspond with those 10 numbers will each receive $100.
A Fast Shafts All-Star Invitational ballot qualifying event, the feature pays $1,000 to win and a minimum of $150 to start.
