Race dates rescheduled at 34 Raceway

WEST BURLINGTON, IA (April 16, 2007) - With the recent cold and wet weather the past couple weeks 34 Raceway continues to try to get in its first race of the 2007. The Ideal Ready Mix Sprint Invaders special scheduled for April 7 was postpone due to unseasonably cold weather as highs hit the mid 30¹s. On Saturday, April 14 the Deery Brothers Summer Series for Late Models had to be cancelled due to a wet pit area.

Both races have now been rescheduled. The Sprint Invaders Special will be held on Wednesday, April 25 along with the hobby stocks. The Deery Brothers Summer Series has been rescheduled to Tuesday, May 15. Also competing will be the Mid America 305 Sprints.

With the weather looking more favorable this week new track owners Jeff and Amy Laue in are hopes of getting the first race under their belt with H&L Mack Family Night - Season points begin for Sprints, IMCA Modifieds, IMCA Stock Cars & Hobby Stocks (Late models will be a draw/redraw show). FAMILY PACKAGED PRICING will include (2) adults & up to (3) students for only $18, plus there will be an Iowa Speedway ticket giveaway.
