Deery Series to make up dates at 34, Quad City
WEST BURLINGTON, Iowa (May 5) – A pair of rescheduled events are next on the
Deery Brothers Summer Series schedule.
First up for the IMCA Sunoco Late Model tour is the complete Tuesday, May 15
show at 34 Raceway in West Burlington. Pit gates open at 4
p.m., hot laps are at 6:30 p.m. and racing is at 7 p.m. for the program
originally scheduled on April 14.
Quad City Raceway at East Moline, Ill., gets in the feature postponed from April
22 on Wednesday, May 16. Gates open at 4 p.m., hot laps are at 6:30 p.m. and
racing is at 7 p.m.
The starting grid was set before rain interrupted at Quad City and qualified
drivers must take the green to receive any share of the main event purse.
The Deery Series is at Allison’s Highway 3 Raceway on Wednesday, May 23. Gates
will open at 5:30 p.m., hot laps are at 6:30 p.m. and racing starts at 7 p.m.
Boone Speedway hosts its traditional Memorial Day event on Monday, May 28. Pit
gates open at 2 p.m., hot laps are at 4 p.m. and racing begins at 5 p.m.
Sanctioned Modifieds, Karl Chevrolet Northern SportMods, Stock Cars and Hobby
Stocks are also on the holiday card, running for all applicable IMCA points.
