Westland Mall Car Show was held Saturday and Sunday, March 29 and 30 at
Westland Mall in West Burlington, IA. Cars packed the mall giving race fans
and mall goers a preview of what will hit the local track this year. Race
fans voted on the best appearing cars with the following winners announced
on Sunday.

Sat., April 4 will be practice day at 34 Raceway where drivers and crews can
test and tune their cars for the upcoming season. Gates will open at 12:00
with practice to begin at 1:00. Grandstand admission is free and concessions
will be open. The swap meet originally scheduled for that day has been
cancelled. The first race of the season is set for Saturday, April 12 when J
& J Steel & Ideal Ready Mix presents the IMCA Deery Brothers Late Model
Summer Series. Also racing will be 4 cylinders and Hobby stocks.
