Dopler, Wilkerson also pick up wins.

WEST BURLINGTON, IA (September 24, 2011) - Joining the MOWA Sprint Car
series on 34 Raceway final night of racing for the 2011 season were the
Mikes Auto Parts IMCA Stock Cars and Louisa Communications/I-Wireless 4
Cylinders.
Wapellos Blaine Dopler picked up his second stock car win of the year at 34
Raceway. Dopler took the lead from his front row start and would hold that
position throughout the twenty lap feature. With Dopler holding a sizeable
lead the battle for second kept the fans on the edge of their seats. Ryan
Cook and Brett Timmerman would provide some side by side, bumper to bumper
action for the final nine laps with Matt Greiner and Chris Webb right there
with them. Dopler would take the checkered flag by several car lengths as
Timmerman edge out Cook at the wire by only inches to finish second.
Nick Wilkerson, Morning Sun, picked up his fourth Louisa
Communications/I-Wireless 4 Cylinder feature win on the 3/8 mile this year.
Wilkerson had to work to stay ahead of Wayne Noble early on but would be
able to pull away at the end for the win. Noble and Adam Gates waged a
battle for second with Gates making a last lap pass in turns 3 and 4 to
finish second.
