Mother Nature Spoils the Fun at Quincy

QUINCY, IL (April 22, 2012) – Mother Nature has spoiled the action at Quincy Raceways for a second week in a row. The sky’s opened up late last night and a persistent rain that lasted until about 8:30 this morning has cancelled the Northern All Stars Special again this week. The event will hopefully be rescheduled at a later date.

Coming up next at Quincywill be the John Wood Community College Night at the Races featuring the mighty UMP Super Late Models, Miller Lite UMP Modifieds, IMCA Stock Cars, Summy Tire & Auto Center IMCA Northern SportMods, the Quincy Hobby Stocks and the IMCA Sport Compacts. Pit Gates open at 2:30, Grandstands at 4:00, Drivers Registration Ends at 4:30, Drivers Meeting at 4:30, Hot Laps at 4:45 and Racing Action at 5:30pm.
