IMCA Frostbuster Week is April 3-7
VINTON, Iowa (March 25) – IMCA Xtreme Motor Sports Modified features pay $1,000 to win at season-opening Frostbuster specials at Southern Iowa Speedway, Iowa State Fairgrounds Speedway, Marshalltown Speedway, Boone Speedway and Benton County Speedway.
Modified main events on Wednesday, April 3 at Oskaloosa, Thursday, April 4 at Des Moines, Friday, April 5 at Marshalltown, Saturday, April 6 at Boone and Sunday, April 7 at Vinton are qualifiers for the 2013 Fast Shafts All-Star Invitational ballot.
IMCA Sunoco Stock Cars run for $500 to win, Karl Chevrolet Northern SportMods for $400 and IMCA Sunoco Hobby Stocks for $250 each night. Mach-1 Sport Compact are also on the card at Vinton.
IMCA Speedway Motors Weekly Racing national, regional and Allstar Performance Iowa state points will be given at all five shows.
Entry fees each night are $30 for Modifieds, $25 for Stock Cars and $20 for SportMods and for Hobby Stocks. Pit passes are $25.
Pit gates open at 5 p.m. and the grandstand opens at 5:30 p.m. at Oskaloosa. Hot laps are at 6:30 p.m. and racing starts at 7 p.m.
Gates open at 4 p.m., the grandstand opens at 5 p.m., hot laps are at 6:15 p.m. and racing begins at 7 p.m. at both Des Moines and Marshalltown.
Boone opens the pit gates at 2 p.m. with hot laps at 4 p.m. and racing at 5 p.m.

One-way radio receivers, NitroBee or RACEceivers, are required in each division at all five tracks.
