LEXINGTON, Neb. (June 2) – Riding the fast lane to the winner’s circle at Dawson County Raceway were Jeremy Frenier, Chad Dolan, Jason Rogers and Jason Wilkinson on Sunday evening.

Frenier notched the victory in the IMCA Xtreme Motor Sports Modified feature after taking the lead on lap seven and never looking back.

Pacing the field from the onset, Dave Pedersen led laps one through six and was able to stay up on the steering wheel to take home runner-up accolades. Staying near the front and avoiding all incidents, Jay Steffens made noise as the third place finisher.

Getting the job done in first-place fashion was Chad Dolan as he snared the lead on lap four and was able to hold off all charges to grab the victory in the Karl Chevrolet Northern SportMods.

Keeping the hot hand, Dillon Schultz was second overall on the Lexington oval while veteran speedster Bryan Herrick was third.

Jason Rogers earned top honors in the IMCA Sunoco Stock Car main event after leading the last half of the race. Completing his drive from a fifth row starting position, Jeff Whiting was the runner-up while third went to Casey Woken.

Winning his third straight feature at Lexington in the IMCA Sunoco Hobby Stock division was Jason Wilkinson. Tiffany Bittner led laps three through six before relinquishing the lead to Wilkinson. Bittner regrouped to score the runner-up finish. Dillon Thompson completed the top three.
