QuickTime joins decal program for IMCA Sunoco Stock Cars
OSKALOOSA, Iowa (Jan. 19) – QuickTime Inc.’s second season as an IMCA
sponsor will be its first as part of the national decal program for the
sanctioned Stock Car division.
The high performance parts manufacturer and retailer will give product
awards to the top three drivers in both Stock Car divisions, as well as the
five regions for Modifieds. All Stock drivers will be required to display
decal in designated locations on the side of their cars.
Regional champions in the two divisions all receive bellhousing kits
(including the flywheel, shifter bracket, engine plate and bolts).
Second place Stock Car drivers earn a battery box while Modified runners-up
get a universal birdcage. Third place finishers in regional standings for
both divisions receive pull plates.
QuickTime, founded by former IMCA driver Ross McCombs in 2000, will also
give $50 product certificates at 50 special events for Modifieds and Stock
Cars.
Information about components made and sold by the Oskaloosa, Iowa company is
available by calling 641 673-4468 and at the www.quicktimeinc.com web site.
“QuickTime has increased their participation this season and the Stock Car
division is a natural fit for an owner who used to race in that sanctioned
class,” IMCA Marketing Director Kevin Yoder said.
“Decals will be distributed in drivers’ packets and we will
require photo verification again this year.”
