Super Nationals Shakedown special
starts new season at Boone
BOONE, Iowa (March 29) – The new season starts this Saturday, April 4 at
Boone Speedway with the Super Nationals Shakedown special.
IMCA Modifieds take top billing with a $1,000 to win Fast Shafts All- Star
Invitational qualifying feature. IMCA Sunoco Stock Cars run for $500 to win,
top prize for the Karl Chevrolet Northern SportMods is $300 and first place
money for the IMCA Sunoco Hobby Stocks is $250.
National, regional and Smiley’s Racing Products State points will be awarded
in all four divisions.
Entry fees of $30 for Modifieds, $25 for Stock Cars and $20 for the
SportMods and Hobby Stocks can be paid at the gate, which opens at 2 p.m.
Hot laps are at 4 p.m. and racing starts at 5 p.m.
Pit passes are $25. Grandstand tickets are $9 for adults, $5 for 17 and
under and $2 for Kids’ Club members.
