Car show, first local point races this Saturday at Boone

BOONE, Iowa - Before they see the cars on the track, Boone Speedway fans can catch their favorite rides on the street.

A car show runs from 2-4 p.m. this Saturday, April 10 in the 700 block of Story Street. A best appearing car will be selected and fans can sign up for a drawing for four-packs of pit passes.

Drivers can park tow rigs and trailers in the lot west of the chamber office on Ninth Street or south of Top & Body Repair on Marshall Street
First local track points in the IMCA Modified, IMCA Sunoco Stock Car, IMCA Sunoco Hobby Stock and Karl Chevrolet Northern SportMod divisions will be given that evening at Boone.
