Axle Exchange joins national decal program for IMCA SportMod divisions

DES MOINES, Iowa (Jan. 31) – Axle Exchange is new to national decal programs for two more IMCA divisions this season.

Two Fast Shafts decals must be displayed by Karl Chevrolet Northern SportMod and Smiley’s Racing Chassis Southern SportMod drivers for them to be eligible for shares of their respective point funds. Axle Exchange also returns to the national decal program for IMCA Sunoco Stock Cars.

Track champions in five divisions receive product certificates from the Des Moines, Iowa, manufacturer of the Fast Shaft brand of drive shafts again in 2012.

Drivers winning local track titles in the IMCA Modified, Stock Car, IMCA Sunoco Hobby Stock and both SportMod classes all receive a pair of $25 product certifi­cates, to be mailed after point standings become official in late October. 

Notably, Axle Exchange also returns as sponsor of the ninth annual Fast Shafts All-Star Modified Invitational and will furnish a portion of the purse to be paid to the 20 drivers in the starting field for the Sept. 7 special during the IMCA Speedway Motors Su­per Nationals fueled by Cenex.

Each All-Star driver also receives a custom chrome moly drive shaft.
