NASCAR ALL-STAR RACE WINNER AND FAN FAVORITE COMING TO MACON SPEEDWAY

MACON, IL (May 22) -  Kevin Harvick, winner of the NASCAR All-Star Race on May 19 and Kenny Wallace, voted Fan Favorite for the All-Star Race, will be racing at Macon Speedway on Monday, May 28. Joining them will be NASCAR Stars Ken Schrader and Clint Bowyer.

The Northern All-Stars Late Model Series will invade Macon Speedway racing for a $2000 top prize with the UMP Modifieds racing for $600 to win. All four NASCAR drivers in attendance will be piloting a dirt race car in either of the two divisions.

Gates open at Macon Speedway on May 28 at 3:00 PM. The first 500 fans to enter the Speedway will receive a new cap courtesy of Jeg’s. An autograph session with the NASCAR drivers will take place from 4:30 to 5:30 on a first-come, first-served basis. Racing starts at 6:30 PM.

All seating for the Nights of NASCAR Stars at Macon Speedway is reserved. Adult seats are $25 and seats for children 12 and under are $5 for the May 28 event. Pit passes will be $30. NASCAR Stars Kenny Wallace, Ken Schrader, Tony Stewart and local Promoter Bob Sargent purchased Macon Speedway in January of 2007.
