Bell Racing new to national IMCA Modified decal program

RANTOUL, Ill. (June 19) – Bell Racing is the newest addition to IMCA’s national
decal program for Modifieds, and will give $7,000 in contingency awards to
drivers in eight sanctioned divisions this season.
Manufacturer of the official helmet for IMCA, Bell will award SA 2005 approved
helmets to the national champi ons, and $100 product certificates to 11th
through 20th place finishers in national point standings for the Modified, Late
Model, Sprint Car, Jeff’s Performance Southern SportMod, Karl Chevrolet Northern
SportMod, Crate Model, Stock Car and Hobby Stock divisions.
Those certificates can be used toward the purchase of helmets or firesuits from
the Rantoul, Ill., company. Modified drivers are required to display two Bell
Racing decals on their race car.
Bell also manufactures safety belts and harnesses, neck collars, driver suits,
shoes and gloves, and safety apparel for pit crew members. Information is

“This season, each of our national champions will be able to select which style
of helmet they would like as a gift from Bell Racing,” IMCA Marketing Director
Kevin Yoder said. “Depending on the driver’s personal preference, they can
choose from either the Sport 3, K-1 or M-4 model, but all are SA2005 approved.
It is a great prize that can be used either as a trophy or in competition in
2008.”
