THIS WEEK AT MACON SPEEDWAY-SKEFF DISTRIBUTING NIGHT PLUS UMP STREET STOCK SPECIAL MACON, IL (July 8) - Join us this Saturday night as Macon Speedway hosts Skeff Distributing and all five UMP divisions; Chevrolet Late Models, Barbeck Communications Modifieds, Hogan Grain/Kubota Sportsman, Street Stocks and Pro & Amateur Hornets. The UMP Street Stocks will have a special race which will include $400 dollars going to the Street Stock who can take the checkered flag. Mike Pickering got his street stock back to victory lane last weekend for the first time since April 19th. The #99 has been a regular sight for years at Macon Speedway and Team Pickering has that car back on track. Come out and see if Mike can take home the feature win for a second week in a row. UPCOMING EVENTS: Next up at Macon Speedway on Friday July 18 don’t miss the POWRi midgets/Dana Godfrey Memorial as the midgets come back to invade Macon Speedway along with the UMP Barbeck Communications Modifieds. Saturday, July 19 we will host the Christmas in July/Christmas for Kids Toy drive and another Midwest Big Ten Series race. Don’t miss your chance to see Tony Stewart at Macon Speedway on July 30, 2008 for our Caterpillar Night of NASCAR Stars III.
