County Fair special at East Moline will pay $2,000 to IMCA Late Model winner EAST MOLINE, Ill. (July 16) - IMCA Late Models headline the Rock Island County Fair program at Quad City Speedway, running for $2,000 to win next Thursday, July 22. National, Allstar Performance State and local track points will be given for the draw/redraw show, which pays a minimum of $150 to start. Pit gates open at 4 p.m., the drivers' meeting is at 6:15 p.m., hot laps are at 6:30 p.m. and racing starts at 7 p.m. Grandstand admission is $10. Pit passes are $25.
