Indee Open Series heads to Fayette County Raceway on May 22

INDEPENDENCE, Iowa (May 19) - The Indee Open Series hits the road for the
first time in 2007 with a Tuesday, May 22, date at Fayette County Raceway in
West Union. It is the first of three scheduled series dates this season for the
3/8-mile oval.
Terry Neal continued his series success in this year's opener at Independence
Motor Speedway on May 2. The late model driver scored his fourth win in the last
five series events dating back to the middle of last season. Ron Barker topped a
strong field of modifieds to take an exciting win the series opener.
Late models, modifieds, stock cars and B modifieds are scheduled to compete in
the May 22 event in West Union.
Grandstand admission prices are $15 for adults, $13 for seniors, $8 for students
12-17 and $2 for children 6-11. Kids five and under will be admitted free. Pit
passes are $25 each.
Gates will open at 4:30 p.m., hot laps are scheduled for 6:30 and racing is set
to begin at 7.
