PRACTICE SESSION RESCHEDULED DAVENPORT, IA (April 4) - Due to heavy rains Thursday, the open practice session at the Davenport Speedway has been rescheduled for Saturday at 2 pm. The pit gate will open at 12:30 pm. Grandstand admission for the practice session is free of charge. The first racing event of the 2008 season will be on Friday, April 11th. The "Fiesta 40", sponsored by Rudy's Tacos, will feature the cars and stars of the World Dirt Racing League on the big half-mile track. Also racing on that evening will be pro-mods and street stocks. The Davenport Speedway is located at the Mississippi Valley Fairgrounds in Davenport, Iowa.
