FARLEY, Iowa (June 29, 2010) - After more than his fair share of bad luck early in the season, Jason Rauen had a banner weekend behind the wheel of his #98 Rauen Motorsports/Mastersbilt IMCA Late Model as he picked up two wins in the state of Iowa. Jason cracked into the win column for the second time in 2010 on Saturday in a Weekly Racing Series Event at Independence Motor Speedway in Independence, Iowa. Rauen claimed the win in a feature that saw good, clean racing throughout the field. The win served as redemption for Jason as he had a win taken from his hands the week before at the facility, when the second place car spun him from the lead. Rauen Motorsports carried their momentum into Dubuque Speedway in Dubuque, Iowa on Sunday night and came away with their second feature win in as many nights! After starting 8th in the main event, Jason would bolt to the front of the pack and took the lead shortly after the midway point, and never looked back en route to his third win of the season. The victory was Jason's 100th triumph of his young career. On Wednesday night, the team will return to action with an IMCA Deery Brothers Late Model event at Independence Motor Speedway in Independence, Iowa.
