DUBUQUE, IOWA (August 29) - Coming into Sunday nights racing action here at the Dubuque Fairgrounds Speedway Terry Neal trailed Joel Callahan by a mere two points for the track championship and the last night points to be tallied for the national title as well. Neal by virtue of finishing second in his qualifying heat started on the outside of heat race winner Dan Shelliam for that all important twenty five lapper. Dan Shelliam brought the field around for the waving green and Neal fell inline to second. One lap later Terry would take over the point in his backup mount as his primary car suffered engine problems at Maquoketa on Saturday night. Neal slitered through lap traffic with ease as Joel Callahan did everything in his power to keep pace. The last two laps saw Dan Shelliam find the high groove to his liking and get around Callahan for second spot at the line. Terry Neal your 2010 IMCA Late model track champion at Dubuque on the last night. Dan Shelliam finshed second in the twenty five lapper, Joel Callahan third, Brian Harris fourth, with Leoy Brenner.
