MUSEUM STORE OFFERS NEW BOOKS; OPEN THROUGH CHRISTMAS EVE
KNOXVILLE, IOWA (Dec. 14, 2006) - The museum store at the National Sprint Car
Hall of Fame in Knoxville is pleased to announce the availability of six new
books, one new DVD, and one new PC game to its inventory during this holiday
season. The books range in subject matter from Buffalo’s Civic Stadium to the
Bear Shops at Indy to the California Jalopy Association, and from Jan Opperman
to Rodger Ward. The DVD is a documentary filmed at the Devil’s Bowl Speedway in
Mesquite, Texas, while the PC game is called “Sprint Cars: Road to Knoxville.”
The museum store is open everyday through Christmas Eve (10 am - 6 pm weekdays;
12 Noon - 5 pm weekends), with phone orders accepted toll-free at
