Joining Jones and Herrera in the first batch of paid entries received in the

the half-mile dirt oval in the “Sprint Car Capital of the World”.
The USAC National Sprint Car Series will compete in three events at three
different tracks during the upcoming Cox Design & Metal Fabrication Iowa

first event will take place on the pavement on Friday, July 31, at the Iowa
Speedway in Newton, with the Southern Iowa Speedway dirt track in Oskaloosa
hosting the third event on Tuesday, August 11. The middle event will be
Knoxville’s inaugural Non-Winged National Championship show on Sunday,
August 9, which also falls between its ‘360’ Nationals on August 6-7-8 and
its ‘410’ Nationals on August 12-13-14-15. Osky will also host a winged
