World of Outlaws Mediacom Shootout Smokin’ Hot Ticket Deals

KNOXVILLE, IA (March 5, 2010)  – Take the history of the Knoxville Raceway and combine it with the legends from the World of Outlaws and you have a formula for some of the fastest, wildest, most exciting action you can ever experience in motorsports. June 3, 4 and 5 is warm up to the 50^th Goodyear Knoxville Nationals with the Outlaws converging on Central Iowa for three full nights of racing action and friendly fun.  

To commemorate this special season, Knoxville Raceway is offering up a special advanced ticket offer for the three day package. From now through April 15 general admission ticket prices for adults are $69 (reg. $85) and for reserved $75 (reg. $98). 

“This event is bound to be a crowd favorite,” stated Race Director Ralph Capitani. “On this weekend we have the perfect storm – the best-of-the-best sprint car cars and stars from the United States, Australia and Canada – the Masters Classic that could pit Steve Kinser against last year’s winner Sammy Swindell  - the National Sprint Car Hall of Fame Induction Banquet, and 360- and 305-cubic-inch sprint cars supporting the big show. For any true racing fan this is something they won’t want to miss.” 

Knoxville Raceway has sprint car racing most Saturday nights from May 1 through September 4. Premier events include the 50^th Goodyear Knoxville Nationals presented by Lucas Oil August 11-14, the 20^th Annual Arnold Motor Supply 360 Knoxville Nationals August 5-7, the 7^th Annual Lucas Oil Late Model Knoxville Nationals September 30 to October 2, USAC Non-Winged Knoxville Nationals August 8 and the AMA Pro Flat Track Grand National Series September 18.
