KNOXVILLE, IOWA (September 7, 2011) - Late
September and early October are shaping up to be busy times for the
non-profit National Sprint Car Hall of Fame & Museum. Highlighting the
agenda for the next month are twin memorabilia auctions on Saturday, October
1, one during the Lucas Oil Late Model Knoxville Nationals and one during
the Williams Grove National Open in central Pennsylvania. The annual
Williams Grove National Open auction is jointly held in cooperation with the
Eastern Museum of Motor Racing of York Springs, Pennsylvania, while the
Knoxville Late Model auction also benefits the National Dirt Late Model Hall
of Fame in Florence, Kentucky.
