$1,400 point fund for IMCA Modified tour next weekend at Lee County, 34, Quincy
DONNELLSON, IA (June 24, 2006) IMCA Modified weekly shows at Lee County Speedway, 34 Raceway and Quincy, Ill., Raceway June 30-July 2 have been combined into a mini tour for the class, complete with a $1,400 point fund for the top five drivers competing all three nights.
First place in points pays $500, with $400 for second, $200 for both third and fourth, and $100 for fifth.
Local track, Smileyıs Racing Products state, Super Flow North Central Region and IMCA national points will also be awarded each night.
Gates open at 5 p.m., hot laps are at 7 p.m. and racing starts at 7:30 p.m. next Friday night at Donnellson, where the Modified main pays $450 to win.
On Saturday, July 1 at West Burlingtonıs 34 Raceway, gates open at 5 p.m., hot laps are at 6:30 p.m. and racing is at 7 p.m. First place that evening is worth $400.
Top prize for the Modifieds in the Sunday, July 2 finale at Quincy Raceway is $500. gates open at 4 p.m., hot laps are at 5:45 p.m. and racing is at 6:30 p.m.
