Lucas Oil Pro Pulling League set to invade the Lucas Oil
Speedway on June 8th and 9th!

WHEATLAND, MO (June 6, 2007) - One of the biggest special events of the season
at The Lucas Oil Speedway is set for this Friday and Saturday, June 8th and 9th,
as the Lucas Oil Pro Pulling League "Champions Tour" invades the "Diamond of the
Dirt Tracks" for the Superchip's Nationals presented by General Tire.
The front stretch of the Multi-Purpose facility will be transformed into a 350
foot battleground of nationally ranked competitors from throughout the United
States as the greatest Pulling Trucks and Tractors as seen on ESPN 2 and The
Outdoor Channel will be on hand in the quest for the Lucas Oil “World
Championship”. Classes in action will include the 2-Wheel Drive Trucks, 4-Wheel
Drive Trucks, 10,000 lb. Pro-Stock Tractors, and the always wild Super Modified

Grandstand gates will open at 5:00pm both days with the pulling scheduled to
start at 7:00pm. The Pit gates open at 9:00am on Friday and 12:00pm on Saturday.
Adult Grandstand admission will be $15, Teens and Seniors will be $12, kids 7-11
are $5, and Children under 6 will be admitted free to the event each day. Pit
Passes will be $25.00 per day.
The state of the art facility has 21 luxury VIP Suites available for rental on a
nightly or seasonal basis. All suites have indoor seating, leather sofas,
heating and AC, countertop with sink, refrigerator, TV with cable service and an
audio system. Outdoor stadium style seating is also included with suites for 10
to 50 people. Several catered food and beverage options are also available. The
track features a MUSCO stadium lighting system which provides camera ready
lighting for news and TV coverage and an "award winning" audio system featuring
all Bose speakers. A Jumbo-Tron Video Board entertains fans no matter where you
sit with live racing footage, video highlights, sponsor ads, and live timing and
scoring.
Stop in at the "Track Treasures" gift shop for that unique souvenir to remember
your visit to the Lucas Oil Speedway. Gifts for all ages in all price ranges can
be found with each one sure to be a treasured memory of your night at the
speedway. For the kid and competitor in all of us we offer our slick surface
Go-Kart rental track. If you think the competition on the dirt track is tough,
get your friends together for some exciting wheel to wheel go-kart action.
Weekly Racing Series action will resume at the speedway on June 16th with the
Miller Lite ULMA Late Models, The Pitt's Homes A-Modifieds, The TCI Transmission
Factory Stocks, and the Hobby Stocks.
Upcoming Events: The remainder of the month of June will be dominated by Weekly
Racing Series action on June 16th and 23rd. June 23rd will also include the
Junior Fan Club Box Car Race. June will wrap up on June 30th with Coca-Cola
Night at the Races featuring the ASCS Winged Sprint Cars and the 305 Sprints.
