I-80 and Heartland Park Topeka this Labor Day Weekend!

BUCKNER, MO (September 2, 2010) - Dave Eckrich leads the Lucas Oil MLRA,
into a weekend of racing action in Greenwood, Nebraska and Topeka, Kansas.
After scoring his first career MLRA win at the Lucas Oil Speedway last
weekend, Eckrich edged by six time MLRA champion, Al Purkey in the season
points standings. With only four points separating the top two drivers and
Republic, Missouri's Brad Looney looming close behind in third, the
championship chase will heat up over the Labor Day weekend.
The Lucas Oil MLRA will join the NCRA, and the ASCS Midwest Region Sprint
Cars in a Labor Day All-Star Weekend at I-80 Speedway in Greenwood,
Nebraska. Friday night September 3, the grandstands will open at 5:30 pm
with racing action hitting the track at 7:00 pm. Adult tickets are $20,
juniors (ages 6-15) $8, children age 5 and under are free! For more

Saturday night September 4, the MLRA will travel south from I-80 Speedway to
Heartland Park Topeka in Topeka, Kansas. The 3/8 mile track's Labor Day
Special will feature the Lucas Oil MLRA along with the Briggsauto.com Super
Saturday Showdown Series. Heartland Park Topeka will open the gates at 5:00
pm with racing slated to begin at 7:00 pm. Adult tickets are $15, children
12 and under are just $5, Pit Passes are also available for $25. For more

The series will sit idle the weekend of September 10th and 11th then come
roaring back into action at the Springfield Raceway in Springfield, Missouri
