MARSHALLTOWN, IA (October 1) - The annual speedway awards banquet will be held at the Meskwaki Hotel Casino on Saturday, November 21st. The evening will be kicked off with a social hour from 6:00 until 7:00 with dinner being served promptly at 7:00. The top ten in speedway points will be awarded monies and awards along with special awards honoring the best appearing cars and rookies of the year. As always, the banquet is open to all drivers, crew members, and fans. The hotel is offering a speedway rate of $79.00 for those that would like to make an evening of it, reserve your rooms by calling 1-800-728-GAME. After the awards, music will be offered in "The Lounge" at the hotel casino. The cost for the banquet will be $20 per person. This cost includes your meal and drinks and you may e-mail your reservations to marshalltownspeedway@hotmail.com or call the speedway office at 515.432.4703.
