Mother Nature Wins Again

MARSHALLTOWN, IOWA (July 23) - Mother Nature picked up another win on the year at the Marshalltown Speedway on Friday evening as the rain decided to cut loose after the ModLite A-Main came to a conclusion.  In the  ModLite feature Ivan Guerra led the first 3 laps of the 15 lap main event and then Joel Huggins made the pass off of turn 4 coming to lap 4 and le the rest of the feature to pick up his 4^th win of the season at Marshalltown.   Tim Hennigar made a last corner pass to finish 2^nd, Cory Sonner finished with a Marshalltown Speedway career best finish of 3^rd and Eric Hendrickson rounded out the top 4. 

The Gambler race has been rescheduled for Friday August 6^th and the Spectator Eliminator will be made up on Friday August 13^th.
