MARSHALLTOWN, Iowa (March 28) – IMCA Modified main events paying $1,000 to win headline Frostbuster specials that open the 2011 race season at Marshalltown Speedway, Boone Speedway and Benton County Speedway. Modified features on Friday, April 1 at Marshalltown, Saturday, April 2 at Boone and Sunday, April 3 at Vinton all are 2011 Fast Shafts All-Star Invitational ballot qualifiers. IMCA Sunoco Stock Cars run for $500 to win, Karl Chevrolet Northern SportMods for $400 and IMCA Sunoco Hobby Stocks for $250 each night. Mach-1 Sport Compacts are also on the Sunday card in a $150 to win contest. National, regional and Allstar Performance Iowa State points will be given at each show. Gates at Marshalltown open at 4 p.m., hot laps are at 6:15
p.m. and racing starts at 7 p.m. Boone opens the gates at 2 p.m., hot laps
are at 4 p.m. and racing at 5 p.m. Gates at Vinton open at 3 p.m. Hot laps
