J&J AG Memphis Fall Nationals Set For This Friday and
Saturday at the Scotland County Speedway

MEMPHIS, MO (Oct. 13) - The roar of the engines will once
again be heard this Friday and Saturday, October 17 & 18 at the Scotland
County Speedway, with the running of the J&J AG Memphis Fall Nationals.
Racing action can been seen in 5 exciting classes, with Mike's Tire &
Alignment (Ottumwa, IA) Modifieds, Pro-Line Buildings (New Sharon, IA) Stock
Cars, Fuller Farms (Memphis, MO) B-Modifieds, IA-MO Grain 9:1 Sport Mods and
Boas Farms Hobby Stocks taking to the track.
Friday will be Pepsi Memphis Bottling "Fast Friday" at the speedway. As part
of the 50/50 giveaway, Pepsi will be giving away a Jeff Gordon and Dale
Earnhardt Jr. stand-up. Plus many AMP Racing hats and t-shirts and Pepsi
Racing hats will be given away.
Then on Saturday it will be KRNQ Radio (Keokuk, IA) and Coors Light
(Kirksville, MO) Night. On hand will be the ladies from Coors Light to meet
and greet the fans.
Also, Arts Racemart of Memphis, MO will award a "Hard Luck" award in the
A-Modifieds and a "Hard Charger" award in the Hobby Stocks on Friday. Then
on Saturday a "Hard Charger" award will be given out in the A-Modifieds and
a "Hard Luck" award will be given out in the Hobby Stocks. Midstate Machine
of Des Moines, IA will award a 1 Free Dyno Session (up to 2 hours - $150
value) to each of the five classes, plus they will be giving away a $100
gift certificate (towards machine shop labor) in all 5 classes. Additional
sponsorship for the weekend comes from Trump Trucks of Kahoka, MO.
The Mike's Tire & Alignment Modifieds will be racing for $500 to win on
Friday and $1,000 to win on Saturday, with Pro-Line Buildings Stock Cars,
Fuller Farms B-Modifieds, IA-MO Grain 9:1 Sport Mods and Boas Farms Hobby
Stocks racing for $300 to win on Friday and $600 to win on Saturday.
Racing action on Friday will get underway with hot laps at 6pm and racing at
7pm. Then on Saturday hot laps will be at 5pm and racing at 6pm. Grandstand
admission for Friday will be adults (15 and up) $12, students (7-14) $5 and
kids 6 and under FREE! On Saturday it will be adults (15 and up) $15,
students (7-14) $5 and kids 6 and under FREE! Pit passes both nights will be
$25 each. Camping is available at the track with electrical hook-up for $10
per night.
