MEMPHIS, MO (October 30, 2009) – Wayne Messamaker, new promoter of  Scotland County Speedway in Memphis, Missouri announced today that 5 classes would be racing at the speedway in 2010. Those classes will include A-Modifieds, B-Modifieds, Stock Cars, Hobby Stocks and 4-Cylinders.

IMCA type rules will apply for the A-Modifieds, B-Modifieds, Stock Cars and Hobby Stocks. Each class will use Hoosiers or American Racer Racing Tires. 

For safety, Hobby Stocks will be able to use the 9inch Floater rear ends. Two, three, to four inch Wheel offsets will be allowed.

The 4-Cylinders will be using Lee County Speedway type rules.

Scotland County Speedway Track Configuration is a fast 4/10 mile Semi-Banked Oval.
