The Dirt Doctor Trucking WISOTA Midwest Modifieds can put on a dandy of a
race and tonight was one of those nights with minimal cautions and three
four and even a couple attempts at five wide racing through the corners kept
the fans on the edge of their seat. Kenny Wytaske jumped out to the early
lead with a four wide battle for fourth . Travis Krause sat in second early
as Taylor Overbo looked to get past his for the position. Ben Anderson sat
in fourth while Jared Boumeester was in fifth. With cars racing all over the
racing surface you knew something would happen and it did with only three
laps completed the yellow hanky waved. On the restart Wytaske pulled back
out front with Anderson and Krause racing for second. Behind them Bryan
Hernandez, Boumeester and Brandon Davis were three wide for fourth. Krause
took control of second as Boumeester, Anderson and Hernandez were now three
wide for third with Brandon Davis sitting and watching the battle for his
chance to advance. Another restart with twelve to go saw Wytaske leading,
Anderson and Krause battling for second with Anderson holding the slight
edge. On the next lap Davis worked past Krause for third as the field
continued to run two and three wide. The final caution waved with nine to
go. Davis moved into second behind Wytaske with Anderson in third. Davis
started to put pressure on the leader with five to and as they exited turn
two with four to go he took over the lead. Davis held on for the win over
Wytaske and Anderson. Hernandez and AJ Wiste rounded out the top five.
Hernandez, Anderson and Boumeester took home heat races.
For the second time this season the DCS Pure Stocks pulled onto the speedway
with Jason Newkirk and Ryan Henderson racing for the lead early on. As the
lead duo pulled away from the pack Wayne Nelson and James Weber raced for
third. Newkirk led until eight to go when Henderson took over the point but
on the next lap Newkirk powered by again for the lead. Over the last five
laps Dustin Letten and James Connors raced for the fourth position behind
Nelson. At the finish it was Newkirk with the win. Newkirk and Henderson won
heat races.

Hofer jumping out to the early lead with Dave Solum in second. With fifteen
to go Bob Fort and Cole Queensland were side by side for fifth behind Brian
Fetting and Ed Sanders who were side by side for third. A caution with
twelve to go negated the big lead that Hofer had built up. ON the restart
Fort jumped everyone and moved into second while Ryan Siegle now had worked
up into the third spot. A restart with nine to go set up the main battles
for the race to the checkers. On the restart Siegle and Hofer were side by
side for the lead while Queensland and Fort resumed their earlier battle now
for third. Up front Hofer took control of the lead while Queensland and Jeff
Brauer worked past Fort for third and fourth. With five to go Queensland
worked past Siegle for second just as the Siegle machine poured smoke and
slowed into the infield. With four to go Queensland and Hofer were side bys
die for the lead, as Hofer's machine pushed Queensland took over the lead
with Brauer following into second just as the Hofer machine went up in smoke

and Kevin Kuehn were all involved in the accident. On the restart Kuehn
moved into the lead around Dustin Reeh with Prochnow quickly working past

as Meyer was slowly pulling away from the field up front. With fourteen to
go Swanson, Paulson, Waits and Wetzstein were now in a four car race for the
second spot. Paulson held onto second with Waits moving up to third. A
caution with twelve to go saw Meyer leading with Wetzstein diving in low and
working into second. Next lap Waits moved past Paulson and took over third
as Wetzstein and Meyer were now locked into a great battle. Wetzstein worked
under Meyer only to have Meyer shoot by on the outside and into the lead.
next laps they did the same thing until Meyer was not able to get enough
drive off the corner to pull back alongside of Wetzstein who now controlled
the field. Jason Cummins showed inside the top five and worked on Paulson
for the fourth spot. Waits and Meyers raced side by side for three laps for
the second spot until a caution waved setting up the final dash. At the
