Jeff Taylor finds way to O'Reilly MLRA Winner's Circle

ELDON, MO (July 8, 2006) - Jeff Taylor made his trip up from Arkansas a fruitful one as he held on to take the 40 lap O'Reilly MLRA feature event at Lake Ozark Speedway, in Eldon, MO, on Saturday night. This was the second ever O'Reilly MLRA feature event win for Taylor.

Taylor blasted past second place running Bill Frye just past the halfway mark of the event and then worked past race long leader Leslie Essary in the late stages of the race. From that point on Taylor held on for the win with Frye working his way to second, Leslie Essary, Terry Phillips, and Shane Essary rounded out the top five at the finish.

Heat race wins went to Leslie Essary, Al Purkey, Justin Wells, and Bill Frye as 33 cars signed into the pits for the night. Terry Phillips and Jordan Jones captured the two B features to continue their evening.

Up next is a break in the action for the O'Reilly MLRA followed up by a trip to the highbanks - Salina Highbank Speedway that is, on July 21.
