Lebanon Midway Speedway Hosting Kenny Wallace Night

Lebanon, Mo. (Jan. 18, 2006) - NASCAR driver Kenny Wallace will be making a special appearance this season at the Lebanon Midway Speedway behind the wheel of his Stacker 2/Impressive Modified battling for the $1,000 to win special Thursday Night event on June 8th.

Wallace, the youngest of the Racing Wallace Brothers from St Louis will be there signing autographs 1 hour before and 1 hour afterwards that night. The early autograph session will be from 6-7PM that evening.

"I'm coming to win, not just ride around and I hear that they have a very strong field of cars in the area. This is a good tune-up for me before going back to NASCAR Racing for the weekend." My car comes from Donnie Jumper's Impressive Race Cars out of Imperial, Mo. and with the Midway running Hoosier UMP type tires, it will be fun.

Also Racing that evening will be a special challenge race between the Show-me Racin Series Late Models and the Fastrak Late Models with the winner taking home $1,000 to win and 100 to start the event. Also area Bombers will be competing for 200 to win the feature that evening.

Action on this Thursday Night Thunder Event will have the gates opening at 5PM with Hot laps starting around 7:15 and Racing to start at 8PM.
