Race Brothers Show-Me Series to Midway this coming weekend

LEBANON, MO (Sept 30) - The Race Brothers Show-Me Racin Series 2007 season is starting to wind down, but before the Late Models get put up for the winter, there are TWO big shows left to run.

This Friday and Saturday October 5 & 6 the Race Brothers Show-Me Series will be in action at Lebanon Midway Speedway’s Fall Brawl. On Friday Night October 5, 2007 hot laps will be at 6:45 with racing at 8:00. Friday’s Admission will be $12 for adults with kids 11-15 $5 and ages 10 and under free.

On Saturday Night October 6, 2007 hot laps will be at 6:00, with racing at 7:30. Adults will be $15, kids 11-15 $5 and ages 10 and under free. Pit Passes $30 each night. This will be the final race for the series at Lebanon Midway Speedway this season. Justin Wells, Ken & Leslie Essary & Conner Ward have taken wins in the other series races at the track this season.

Then, on October 20, 2007 the Race Brothers tour will make their final stop of the year at the legendary Tri-State Speedway’s Spooker event. This is a very prestigious race to run in and to win. Past winners for the Show-Me Series include Justin Wells, Jarrod Hilton, & Chad Smith joining a list of competitors that have previously won the Spooker event including Ken & Leslie Essary, Billy Moyer, and Larry & Terry Phillips.

The season will wrap up on November 4 at Playtime Pizza in Branson, MO as the drivers enjoy their share of a $40,000 plus cash point fund, plus thousands of dollars in contingency prizes. All race fans are invited to attend the banquet, but we do request that tickets be purchased in advance for $10 apiece. This includes the buffet and festivities will get underway at 2:00 pm on Sunday afternoon.
