I-44 Sets For Season Championships Sat Night LEBANON, MO (August 20) - The High-Banks of the Lebanon I-44 Speedway will be holding the 2008 Season Championship points Race Sat night with 6 classes of cars to be competing with action set for the USRA Modifieds,FactoryStocks,B-Mods,Bombers,Rookies and the LegendCars to make a popular return visit for the Sat Night action as J'sFamily Dining along with Clayton's Conoco and Commerce Bank will be the nightly Sponsors. Current point leaders include Josh Woody of Buckhorn(B-Mods), Justin Neuman of Crocker(USRA Modifieds) Lonnie Henderson of Lebanon(FactoryStocks) while Tim Jones of Marshfield and Joe Francis of Lebanon are in a tight battle in the Bomber Division. Dispite a rain-filled season and time to resurface the track,the Speedway has been providing close battles all year long. The 6th Annual Larry Phillips Memorial will be held on Friday and Sat Aug 29/30. Friday night Aug 29th will feature qualifying heats in the DLRA/MARS LateModel Series along with heats for the USRA Modifieds,B-Mods,FactoryStocks,Bombers and Rookies along with a qualifying feature for the LateModels.
