Wallace To Battle USMTS Stars And Local USRA Drivers

LEBANON, MO (May 4) - Nascar's Kenny Wallace is returning to the Mighty
Lebanon Midway Speedway to tackle the toughest, baddest Modifieds around as
the United States Modified Touring Series rolls into the Midway on Friday
Night May 15th for their only appearance for the 2009 season in a National
Event along with a Mo-Kan USMTS Event.
Oklahoma's Jason Hughes currently leads the Mo-Kan region as a star-studded
field will be on hand to challange the Nascar Veteran.
Wallace who co-host Speed's Trackside will be bringing is Jeg's Parts
Impressive Chassis Modified in an attempt to make the tough feature line-up.Other
Drivers expected to be on hand include Jon Tesch of South Dakota who won
last Aug. at the Midway,Iowa's Kelly Shryock,Regional leader Hughes of
Oklahoma,Bryan Rowland of Okla.,Johnny Bone Je of Ark.The Z-Man Zack
Vanderbeek of Iowa along with many more.Heading the local USRA drivers will
be defending Midway USRA champion Jamie Ragland of Lebanon,Mo. 2007 Champion
Eric Hudson of Rolla,Rusty Dukes of Fair Grove and many others.
Wallace will be on hand early to sign autographs and visit with the fans.
Action will also feature point racing in the FactoryStocks,B-Mods,Bombers
and PureStocks.
Grandstand gates will open at 5PM with hotlaps starting at 7 and Racing at
8PM sharp.
Admission will be $15 for Adults in the Grandstands while kids prices will
remain 10 and under Free.
