LEBANON, MO (July 30) - Officials at Lebanon I-44 Speedway have completed the rules for the 2010 racing season. The official rules are posted for all classes on the website and are available for downloading on the internet. “We have put a lot of thought, time and effort into this set of rules and are very pleased with our finished product,” said Brennon Willard. “I have contacted other track promoters and sanctioning bodies all across the country and this is what we feel is best for our racetrack, racers and fans. For the most part, we updated the former rules package that Grandpa, (Bill Willard), had in place. His rules and his ways of running the race track worked well and are the best in my bias opinion.” The entry level “Charger” class rules are also posted. “The Charger class is an entry level 4-cylinder, front wheel drive class that we created to give people the opportunity to get into racing without spending much money,” said Willard. “The class will have a claim rule of $1,200.00 for the entire car, minus the seat, fuel cell and any other safety devices. We believe this class can take off much like the Pure Stocks did whenever Grandpa Bill started them in the early 90’s.” The rules may be viewed at the track’s website www.i44speedway.net under
the rules section. People can also request hard copies. To request a hard
copy, email Brennon Willard at
