LaMONTE, MO (May 4) - After a pair of rainouts last weekend, the Winged Outlaw Warriors will be back in action this weekend with races at LA Raceway in LaMonte, MO on Friday May 7th and Springfield Raceway in Springfield, MO on Saturday May 8th. Each race will pay $1500 to the winner and $1000 for second. At the season opener at LA last month, Jonathan Cornell made a late pass of Eric Todd to take home his first career WOW win. Cornell is also the current WOW point leader as he holds a two point advantage over four-time champion Randy Martin and Todd. The following night, WOW will take on the ASCS Sooner region for the first time in Springfield. In their last appearance at Springfield in 2008, Austin Alumbaugh took his first career WOW win. Last year, Brian McClelland took home the ASCS Sooner region win.
