Street Stocks To Compete For $$$ At Midway/Enduro Scheduled
For Friday Night
LEBANON, Mo. (June 23) - The action will be hotter than the weather Friday
Night at the Lebanon Midway Speedway as extra money is floating around this
weekend in different classes.
This Friday night will feature a money race for the StreetStocks(Bombers) as
they will run double features along with timing in the cars to set the field
for the first feature event.The second feature will be an inverted with only
lead lap cars being inverted from the finish of feature number 1.This event
will pay $400 to the overall winner of the twin features with extra money
also for the runner-up and third place finisher.Each car that competes in
this class will recieve 25 bonus points towards the chase for the
championship.
Added money has also been posted in the newly formed MidWest Modz class as
$200 in sponsorship will be divided among the top 4 finishers in their
feature.With the recent announcement of extra money at the
SpringfieldRaceway for the class this Sat Night drivers can take home some
hard-earned cash this weekend.
The popular and close bunched B-Modifieds have secured a dash for cash
sponsor this Friday Night in which the top 6 qualifiers from the heats will
compete in a 5 lap event. $100 will be divided among the top 3 finishers in
the Dash with the breakdown going $50 $30 and $20.
The Speedway will also hold an Enduro event in addition to the normal
classes being ran this Friday night.
FactoryStocks,B-Mods,Sportsman,StreetStocks,MidWest Modz.PureStocks are
eligible to compete in the Enduro along with Hillbilly Farm Trucks.The entry
fee for the Enuro is $50 and that covers both car and driver.Payout is based
on car count overall in the Enduro event.
Gates open at 5 with Hotlaps at 7:05 and time trials for the StreetStocks at
around 7;45 with racing scheduled to start at 8PM.
