B-Mods Compete For $500 At Lebanon Midway As Pure Stocks Go Extra Distance Friday Night

LEBANON, MO (August 23, 2010) - The 2010 Chase for the Championship at the Lebanon Midway Speedway will heat-up even more Friday night Aug.27th as the Energy Company B-Mods will be competing for a $500 payday and the Area Pure Stocks get an extra distance event along with some extra dollars and points races.

 The B-Mods will compete in twin features Friday Night with the overall points driver to take home $500.B-Modifieds will take to the track for 1 lap of qualifying against the clock to help set-up the first feature as it will be heads-up from Time Trials. Thee second feature will be inverted with lead lap cars eligible for the inversion in the 2nd feature. Modified drivers will recieve 25 competition points added to their season total.

 Points action will also feature the Central Bank Factory Stocks, Coldwell Banker Street Stocks, Rocky Ridge Construction Sportsman and Midwest Modz along with the extra distance event for the Purestocks.

 The Purestock event will be a scheduled 30 lap feature with cautions counting until the final 2 laps.Interesting note is that for the last 2 weeks their feature events normally 12 laps have went caution free.Added money will also be included for the class that evening.

 Grandstands open at 5PM with hotlaps at 7:05 and Racing at 8PM sharp.

 Grandstand Admission for this action packed evening is only $10 for Adults with kids 11-15 only $5 and 10 and under Free.
