DIRTcar Roundup 'Party in Pevely' to Return Bigger Than Ever

PEVELY, MO (Sept. 10, 2010) - The DIRTcar Roundup "Party in Pevely" is
moving to its new home on the calendar March 24-26 at I-55 Raceway to launch
the 2011 DIRTcar Racing season.
The Party in Pevely features eight divisions of DIRTcar Racing at one of the
most exciting bullrings in the country. Plus, there is live music, autograph
sessions, camping, a wienie roast and more, turning the weekend a true party
atmosphere.
The event gives weekly DIRTcar competitors a chance to race against rivals
from various regions at Ken Schrader's incredible I-55 Raceway, just south
of St. Louis.
With Late Models, UMP Modifieds, Pro Late Models, Sportsman, Limited
Modifieds, Stock Cars, Factory Stocks and Sport Compacts all scheduled to
compete it will be a huge festival of speed.
The weekend will kick off with open practice at 5 p.m. on Thursday, March
24. On Friday, March 25, racing will take the green flag at 7 p.m. with live
music in the Roundup Tent following the evening's final checkered flag. A
charity wienie roast at 3 p.m. starts the show on Saturday, March 26, with
racing beginning at 6 p.m.
