Wet Weather Forces Cancellation of Racing for April 23rd
WHEATLAND, MO (April 23, 2011) -
The Rockstar Energy Drink Weekly Championship Series event scheduled for
Saturday, April 23rd at Lucas Oil Speedway has been cancelled due to heavy
showers overnight and into the morning as well as increasing chances of
heavy rain and stormy weather throughout the day and evening. Lucas Oil Speedway will get back in action next Saturday Night, April 30th with the Missouri Mid-State Midget Nationals as the Lucas Oil POWRi Midgets invade the "Diamond of Dirt Tracks" for their only appearance of 2011. The TNT Quick Shop Late Models and the Carson's Corner Napa Factory Stock will also be racing next Saturday night as the Chase for the Rockstar Energy Drink Championship continues.
