LEBANON, MO (June 07, 2011) - While the Big Boys tour the Midway Speedway every Friday night, the little kids get their chance to compete Friday night as Kids Bike Races presented by Energy Company of Lebanon help highlight another exciting night of Stockcar Racing Action. The Bike Races are open to both boys and girls ages 10 and under and will be held at intermission.The Kids will be divided into different ages brackets along with gender and will get their chance to race on the 3/8ths mile dirt oval. The Central Bank Racing Series chase is in high gear and great finishes and tight point battles await the fans and drivers in all 5 classes. A New point leader in on top of the Standings of the Central Bank factoryStocks as Sundance Keepper of Everton has grabbed the number 1 position with a 16 point lead over defending champion Tyson Troutman of Houston with Camdenton's Josh Franklin holds the number 3 spot while Strafford's Shawn Whitman and former point leader James Flood complete the top 5. The Aaron's Modifieds finds defending champion Michael Stake of Phillipsburg in the top position with veteran JC Newell of Decaturville only 31 behind.Lebanon's Kris Jackson,St Robert driver Bill Schaar and Stoutland's Tyler Brown complete a tight top 5 in this very evenly matched class. The PureStocks have a wonderful battle going on as Lebanon's Monk Barker still sets in the number 1 spot holding a 6 point lead of defending champion Kory Barker of Lebanon.Lebanon driver's Matt Young, Kolt Barker and Shorty Doublin round out the top 5.This class has been outstanding this season and more to come. The Rocky Ridge Construction Midwest Modz is still nip and tuck with defending Champion Little JC Newell of Stoutland stretching out his margin to 12 over Halltown's Rich Reynolds as Lebanon's Bill Joiner,Niangua driver Sam Petty and Veteran Earl Muilenburg complete the top 5. StreetStock Defending Champion Joe Francis of Lebanon got back on track last week and opened his margin up to 16 points over Brandon Waters of Lynchburg and only 18 over Lebanon's Trevor Ellingson.Hard Charger Rodney Yost of Squires and Macks Creek driver Tom Curnutt round out the top 5. Gates open at 5 with hotlaps at 7:05 and Racing at 8PM.
