Racers “Run For The Money” June 13 at Lincoln County Raceway

NORTH PLATTE, Ne. (June 6, 2006) - Riverside Motorsports, along with
Nebraskaland National Bank, will present “Run For The Money” at Lincoln County
Raceway on Tuesday, June 13, beginning at 7 PM, CDT. The gates will open at 5
PM.
The IMCA Modifieds will run a 25 lap A Feature where the winner could take
home $1000.00. The IMCA Stock Cars will also run 25 laps, shooting for an $800
top prize. The IMCA Hobby Stocks will drive a 15 lap A Feature, with the winner
getting a chance to take home $250. These winning prizes are based on 25 cars
for each class. Heat races and potential B Features will be run to qualify the
cars for the A Features. Lineups for heats and features will be determined by
the draw rather than points.
Drivers will run for IMCA national, regional, and state points, but not track
points. Since it is a special event, there will be a registration fee of $45,
which will admit the car and driver. Grandstand admission is $12 for adults, $6
for children 6 - 12, and children under 6 will be allowed for free. Pit passes
are $20. Lincoln County Raceway is on the Lincoln County Fairgrounds on the west
edge of North Platte on U. S. Highway 30. For more information, contact Gary
