The event is named for the late Ronnie Weedon, a local racing legend, and is sponsored by J&J Camper Sales. Weedon scored over 500 feature wins in a racing career that lasted more than fifty years. In addition to the regular six weekly classes of racing action, the Midwest Jalopies will make an appearance.
