RAIN DELAYS MUSCO LIGHTING FALL CHALLENGE TO SUNDAY AFTERNOON

OSKALOOSA, Iowa (Sept. 15) — Rain prior to start time Saturday at the
Southern Iowa Speedway has forced the postponement of the 16th Annual MUSCO
Lighting Fall Challenge to Sunday afternoon, Sept. 16.
A complete program of USRA Modifieds, USRA Stock Cars, USRA B-Mods and USRA
Hobby Stocks is on tap, and officials expect an influx of additional cars and
drivers for the Sunday show. All drivers are invited to attend for a complete
start-to-finish show of qualifying heats and features.
Modified drivers will be competing for $2,000 to win, while Stock Cars go for
$1,000 to win. Both B-Mod and Hobby Stocks will battle for a $500 top prize.

The top-6 drivers in the Stock Car, B-Mod and Hobby Stock features from Friday
are locked into the first six spots on the inside row for Sunday afternoon's
championship features, with all remaining starting spots to be determined
Sunday.
USRA Casey’s General Stores Weekly Racing Series national points are also up for
grabs in all four divisions.
On Sunday, gates open at 12:30 p.m., with hot laps at 2:30 and racing at 3:00.
Adult general admission grandstand tickets are just $15, juniors (12-18) and
seniors (62+) get in for $12, and kids 11 and under get in for FREE. Pit passes
are $25.
This event is sanctioned by the United States Racing Association (USRA). USRA
national points will be awarded each night to USRA-licensed drivers, however, a
USRA license is not required to compete in this event. For Modifieds, Stock Cars
and B-Mods, American Racer KK704 or G60 racing tires are preferred. The Hoosier
G60 tire will also be allowed, but no USRA points will be awarded. For complete
