$3000 To Win for IMCA Late Models on July 2

QUINCY, IL (June 29, 2006) - Quincy Raceways will be celebrating the holiday
weekend in style this Sunday, July 2 with several special events on tap for the
evening. The Budweiser IMCA Late Models will be competing in a $3000 to win,
$300 to start 50 lap feature event. This Draw/Redraw format event will also pay
local and national IMCA points as well as $75 to all non-qualifiers.
The Miller Lite IMCA Modifieds are going to be competing in the third leg of the
three day tour of 34 Raceway, Lee County Speedway and Quincy. This tour features
a points payout of $1400 to the top five points finishers. The race at Quincy
will be a $500 to win, $100 to start event paying local, regional, state and
national IMCA points. All non-qualifiers will receive $60. There is no entry fee
for the modifieds, Bombers or Hornets. The Bombers and Hornets will also be
racing for an increased purse with $250 going to the Bomber winner and $150 to
the Hornet winner. All classes will be using the Draw/Redraw format to line up
the races.
