Mother Nature Wins Out at Quincy Raceways

QUINCY, IL (April 22, 2007) - Mother Nature took all the wins at Quincy Raceways
Sunday night as a thunderstorm brought the evenings racing events to an end
before they even got started in the Tom Boland Ford Night at the Races. The
Fastrack Late Model event has not been rescheduled at this time.
Coming up next Sunday, April 29 will be Turner Brothers Garage and Rental
Service Corporations night at the races. The event will feature the opening
night of the Budweiser IMCA Late Model points chase along with Miller Lite
Modifieds, Hobby Stocks and Hornets.
Quincy Raceways, in an effort to make sure that events start on time, has
decided to open the pit gates earlier for the rest of the season at 3:00pm,
spectator gates at 4:00.The driver check-in deadline will be at 5:30, drivers
meeting at 5:30, hot laps at 5:45 and racing beginning at 6:30pm. Call the
